March Spotify Industry Series | PROJECT TEAMS
It’s one thing to find success as an organization but another entirely to be a part of a winning team. This month we’re not just talking about Team SJVCEO, but project teams—groups representing varying interests and constituents to create something bigger, something better, something like…Voltron.

SCE | Community Safety during Wildfire Season
As California continues to experience a year-round fire season, SCE wants to make sure communities are informed and prepared as they implement their Wildlife Mitigation Plan. To support residents, SCE hosted a variety of virtual events to provide communities with information about Public Safety Power Shutoff protocol, how to best prepare for emergencies, and receive an overview of SCE customer programs and services. See a few of the meetings below according to the community you live in!
PG&E | TOU plus Y-O-U!
As many of you may know, last year the SJVCEO partnered with PG&E to develop a virtual “Vlog Series” to enhance customer awareness on rate options, utility resources, and the time of use transition. Before addressing TOU, we were able to sit down with PG&E and discuss resources and rate options that customers have to best suite their household.

Technology Tuesdays: Cyber Security VS Cyber Resilience and Energy
However, with the seemingly never-ending safeguards and security protocols that we deal with on a daily basis, it seems that the most fundamental aspect of our security rarely gets the attention it deserves. I am referring to our energy security.
Happy Black History Month!
I am excited for another opportunity to celebrate this month and to share experiences with you all. Over the years, in the spirit of Black History month, we have celebrated African American individuals that have greatly impacted our communities and also talked about the importance of celebrating Black History Month. Last year’s article talked about why representation matters and why it is important for us to tell our own story. This year, I would like to expand upon one of the ideas initially touched upon in last year’s article and explore its impact on all of our futures.
