November is here and so is this month’s edition of #GotGrants! We have a couple of grants and even a loan program. Check them out now!

We touched on convection ovens very briefly in last week’s article when we discussed 5-in-1 ovens. A 5-in-1 oven is special because it has many different capabilities. Specifically, they are a convection oven, a toaster oven, a warming/proofing oven, a precision cooking oven, and a microwave.

We are all done with the ghosts, ghouls, and goblins of Halloween, and we are looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas. November 1st is the unofficial start of the holiday season. This is, by far, my favorite time of the year. However, while we are all gearing up for yet another wonderful holiday season and its traditions, it is important to understand and seek out new and more efficient ways of doing the things that we love, even if they are traditional.

While Southern California Edison’s residential time of use transition wrapped early this year, some customers may be still adjusting to this change. Energy bills can be much higher than normal during the summer months here in the Valley so understanding these new rates is more important now than ever!

The SEER rating is probably the most important number when looking for a new air conditioning unit. I would argue that the SEER rating is more important than the price. How can that be?

Three years in and movies are back, theaters are open, and ComicCon left us deep in our feelings. It’s a far cry from where we started when we put out our first Blockbuster playlist in 2020, and being back in a theater is a gift and the anticipation of settling in and going someplace totally new for a few hours is something we’re so grateful to do again.
